Foreign students can apply directly to the university but admission is subject to the provision of a No Objection Certificate NOC from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.

The commencement of classes is subject to the availability of the required number of candidates.

Employees of public sector organizations must provide a certificate of study leave or NOC from their respective offices/departments.
