The Kohsar University Murree KUM is a newly established university located in Murree to provide the facilities of higher level education to the residing students of Murree and adjoining areas. The KUM was established in 2022 under the Kohsar University Murree Act 2020 and chartered by Government of Punjab. Kohsar University Murree KUM is a public sector university.
The Kohsar University Murree aims to produce scholars, scientists, entrepreneurs and leaders by implementing its vision to make the institute the best place learners. The KUM offers various graduate and postgraduate level programs in many departments like Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Forestry, Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, Microbiology, Tourism, Hospitality and Hotel Management.
