About Construction Material Testing Laboratory

Construction Material Testing Laboratory was established with the aim to provide its services of testing of the material. This lab was established at the time of construction of Karakorum Highway and it is considered one of the oldest material testing labs in Pakistan. This lab was shifted to Construction Technology Training Institute CTTI Islamabad in 2006 to enhance its utilization. This lab has the vision to be the vibrant cornerstone in construction material testing and it contributes in industrial, commercial and infrastructural growth of the nation. This department has the mission to ensure the provision of quality testing services to clients with the consistency and reliability in civil-engineering related projects. This lab has the commitment to render the best services through active involvement of the skilled labor with the use of new equipment and produce technically advanced techniques under the international testing standards. This lab provides the services of soil, cement, concrete, steel and brick testing. This testing lab provides the education in different fields and the candidates complete the courses so that they can become expert in their fields and they can start their career after completing these short courses.

CTTI offers admissions to the candidates and they need to check their eligibility criteria, and the candidates, who come up to this criteria, they can get admission in this institute.
