UHS Announces MS MD MDS 2nd Annual Exit Exam Date Sheet 2026

The University of Health Sciences Lahore UHS has officially released the theory examination date sheet for the postgraduate MS/MD/MDS 2nd Annual Exit/Final Theory Examinations 2026 under the Central Induction Program CIP. This high-stakes final assessment, conducted according to the Level III Amended Regulations 2021, is scheduled to take place on September 29 and September 30, 2026, for specialized medical trainees across affiliated Punjab institutions.

UHS Theory Examination Timelines and Formats

Following approval from the Advanced Studies & Research Board, the university has finalized the exam date sheet and reporting times for all postgraduate candidates. Both papers will be held in the afternoon session to accommodate traveling candidates.

Candidates from southern Punjab institutions will sit their exams at Nishtar Medical University NMU, Multan. These include:

D. G. Khan Medical College, D.G. Khan.
Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan.
The Childrens Hospital and The Institute of Child Health, Multan.

Critical Registration Deadlines and Portal Access

Candidates must process their online admission forms through the official university web portal at www.uhs.edu.pk before the strict cutoff dates.
