NMU Admissions 2025 Master of Science in Nursing
The College of Nursing, Nishtar Medical University NMU, Multan invites applications for admission to the Master of Science in Nursing MSN program for the academic session 2025–2027.
This postgraduate program is designed to equip nursing professionals with advanced clinical skills, leadership competencies, and research capabilities necessary to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare sector in Pakistan and beyond.
Eligibility Criteria
Category I: Post RN BSN Route
Matriculation 10 years of schooling
3-year General Nursing Diploma Registered with PNC
1-year Midwifery/Post Basic Specialty Diploma Registered with PNC
2-year Post RN BSN Degree as per HEC Notification #861/A&A/2018/HEC/5799, dated 26.04.2018
1 year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse RN
Category II: Generic BSN Route
Matric + F.Sc. Pre-Medical – 12 years of schooling
4-year Generic BSN Degree Registered with PNC
1-year mandatory internship bedside care
1-year professional experience as a Registered Nurse excluding internship

Important Guidelines
Only Punjab domicile holders are eligible to apply.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Entry Test.

Government employees must attach a valid NOC with their application.
Admission is strictly on open NMU Merit List.
Applicants who have availed any placement during the last 3 years are not eligible as per government rules.
NMU reserves the right to cancel the admission process at any stage without prior notice.
