GCUF BS Admission for the Year Spring 2023




Admissions for the year spring 2023 Government College University Lahore has been announced. Before the deadline, students are invited to submit their applications for admission to various professional BS Programs. Environmental Sciences, Electronics, Gender and Climate Change, Management, Physics, Art History, Disaster Management, Geography and History are some main programs offered by GCUF. Those student who want to take admission in these BS Programs year spring 2023 must Visit appropriate Branch for further information before last date. Last Date to Apply is Feb 03, 2023.
Candidates male/female/ transgender who have passed their Intermediate with at least 50% marks OR having A-Level minimum three subjects/Equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.
The pre-Admission Entrance Test shall be mandatory for all the candidates for admission Regular and Self- Supporting against merit as well as for the reserved seats i.e. A-Level, Overseas Pakistanis, Old GCU Students, Minorities and Hifz-e-Quran.
The pre-Admission Entrance Test is exempted only for the category of Disability.
After the announcement of results of the pre-Admission Entrance Test, the list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed for appearing in interview in their respective departments.
The following weightage of marks shall be observed for the calculation of the overall, aggregate merit: Weightage of Entry Test = 30% Weightage of Intermediate/A-Level marks = 40%
Weightage of interview = 20%
Weightage of Matriculation/O-Level marks = 10%
There is no provision of re-sit/repeat of pre-Admission Entrance Test.
It is mandatory to score at least 50% in the pre-Admission Entrance Test to qualify for an interview.
Candidates successful in written test must also score at least 50% in the interview to be considered for final merit list.
