Due to worsening condition of Coronavirus pandemic across the country, everyone is worried about this pandemic and they do not know how to combat with this menace. A nutrition expert has shared some useful tips, which help in increasing immunity among people. Prepare green tea and add two cloves, one teaspoon crushed ginger and squeeze one lemon in it. You can make another green tea with cinnamon and sweet root herb and take this green tea at night time daily. It is also said that yogurt is also good for health and you should take it in your breakfast or any time. Take a piece of garlic and cut it into small pieces. Swallow it with water at any time daily and take the garlic until the garlic smell is felt from you and at that time, stop taking more pieces of garlic and take the respite of few days, then again start taking the garlic daily.

It is also useful to mix the turmeric in milk and take this milk at the night before going to sleep, which helps in boosting the immunity. If you find some leaves of olive, then make the tea with these olive leaves, which is also best for health. You should add Zinc in your diet and it is mostly found in dry fruits including peanut, almonds, pistachio, beetroot and others. Look for the food or fruit, which can have vitamin A as it is found in yellowish apricot and mango and take it daily. You can also eat fish or others things to get vitamin D. Use flour of grind mill instead of white flour. Enjoy deep sleep of 8 hours daily and take exercise in morning and evening times.

People should avoid white flour, rice, sugar, noodles, all sauces, processed meat, use of phenyl, mosquito liquid or spray at home.
