The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal officially released the revised BISE Sahiwal 11^th registration schedule 2026 admission for first-year intermediate candidates entering the 2026–2028 academic session. According to official notification REG1126EXT, all government and affiliated private higher secondary colleges across Sahiwal, Okara, and Pakpattan districts must process student data and submit hard copies before revised deadlines expire.

This breaking extension brings immediate clarity to thousands of newly admitted college students and academic administrators following recent matriculation admissions. Completing the BISE Sahiwal 11^th class online registration 2026 on time remains compulsory to avoid heavy late fee penalties, system lockouts, or potential candidate rejections ahead of the upcoming annual examination cycle.
