Winter Vacations in Punjab Pakistan 2021 Due to Smog

Government of the Punjab proposed to close the schools, colleges and universities from 15 December due to smog. The cities in central and southern Punjab are facing the issue of smog and people are also facing the issue of different diseases like asthma and other problems and the government has decided to announce Educational Institutes Closing Proposal from 15 Dec due to Smog and the institutes will remain close for about one month. The final decision for the closing of the schools, colleges and universities will be made on 09 December. The private school association is opposing the closing of the educational institutes and some of the reps of the association have rejected the proposal of the government. The educational institutes remained closed for many weeks because of COVID and the students have already suffered with their educational and they are facing issues in completing their courses. The government is making decision of closing the institutes in the best interest of the students and safeguards their health issues.
