VU MidTerms Overseas Exam Guidelines Unveiled Spring 2025
On May 3, 2025, Virtual University VU published the Overseas Examination Guidelines and Demo Schedule for Spring 2025 Mid-Term Examinations, ensuring a smooth experience for its overseas students. Conducted online via the VUTES 2.1.1 software, the exams adhere to Pakistan Standard Time. Students can access their schedules on https://datesheet.vu.edu.pk. Those traveling to Pakistan must notify the Examination Department at [email protected] and switch to a local exam center through the support system under Examinations > Conduct > Datesheet Queries.
The Software Setup Instructions require a Windows 10/11 64-bit device with admin rights, English US language settings, and disabled antivirus. Essential downloads include VUTES Overseas 2.1.1, Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 and 2015-2022 Redistributables, AnyViewer, AnyDesk, and Iriun for webcam streaming. A Demo Test Schedule runs from May 3 to May 20, 2025, with sessions from 07:30 AM to 06:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Students log in using their student ID for both credentials e.g., BC25020xxxx. The demo ensures webcam detection and question readability, with no invigilators present.
On Examination Day, students must activate VUTES, remote access tools, and an external webcam 20 minutes prior, logging in 15 minutes before the exam. Invigilators verify setups remotely.
