UVAS Lahore M.Phil. & Ph.D. Admissions 2026-27

Program Offerings and Eligibility Criteria

UVAS offers a diverse range of UVAS Lahore M.Phil. & Ph.D. specializations admission across its various campuses.

M.Phil. Programs: Applicants must hold a four-year degree 120 Credit Hours with a minimum of 2nd Division 50% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00.

Ph.D. Programs: Candidates require an M.Sc. Hons or M.Phil. degree in a relevant field with a minimum of First Division 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00.

Entrance Testing: All prospective students must clear the GRE/HAT General test conducted by UVAS. A qualifying score of 50% is required for M.Phil., and 60% is required for Ph.D. candidates.

Application Process and Important Timeline

Interested candidates should complete the online admission application via the official university website. A processing fee of Rs. 2,500 must be paid via the provided challan at any Bank of Alfalah branch, with an additional Rs. 500 for each subsequent discipline.

Applicants are required to submit the printed application form along with all attested documents to the Directorate of Advanced Studies, UVAS, Outfall Road, Lahore, via postal or courier services. The last date to apply is August 6, 2026. Following the submission, the merit lists for M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs will be displayed from September 1, 2026, through September 16, 2026, based on the established admission schedule.
