UPR Announces Online Classes Notice for March 2026
University of Poonch, Rawalakot UPR issues an important update for students and staff. The UPR Online Classes Notice 2026 has officially been released, bringing immediate changes to the mode of education. According to the official UPR Rawalakot order from the Registrar’s Office, the decision follows directives from the Higher Education Commission HEC and the Government of AJ&K regarding austerity and fuel conservation measures. Under this UPR Online Classes Notice for March 2026, all academic activities and classes will now be conducted through online mode from March 16, 2026 to March 31, 2026, excluding holidays. Additionally, the university will observe a four-day workweek from Monday to Thursday to further support these measures.
Moreover, up to 50% of staff, including faculty members, will work from home on an alternate-day basis, ensuring continuity of operations. Meetings and academic activities will also shift to online platforms wherever possible. Students are advised to stay updated with schedules and actively participate in virtual classes as per the UPR Online Classes Notice 2026, ensuring uninterrupted academic progress.
