UoM Issues Alert Over EIP Portal Registration Error
The University of Malakand UoM Youth Development Center YDC issued an official notice regarding technical glitches on the Ehsas Internship Program EIP online portal. Students registering for the KP Higher Education Departments HED initiative reported encountering a "Registration Failed" error message during account creation. Focal Person Dr. M. Zahid Khan confirmed that the issue has been reported to the EIP technical team, who are actively working on a resolution.
The notice aims to reassure applicants that the issue is server-side and technical rather than a disqualification or permanent error. As thousands of graduates across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa attempt to access the platform simultaneously, technical bottlenecks are being managed to ensure all eligible candidates can apply successfully.

According to the official advisory released by the Employment Wing of the Youth Development Center YDC at the University of Malakand:

- Use Desktop/Laptop: Avoid registering via mobile devices; switch to a desktop or laptop computer.
- Switch Web Browser: Use the Microsoft Edge browser to complete the registration process.
- Email & CNIC Verification: Ensure your CNIC and email address are correctly entered before requesting verification codes.
- Retry Later: If the "Registration Failed" error persists, wait for system updates and try again during off-peak hours.
Applicants facing registration issues on the EIP portal do not need to resubmit duplicate requests immediately. The EIP technical team is actively optimizing the servers.
