UoK Financial Aid Office Notice for Incomplete Scholarship Documents
The Students Financial Aid Office at University of Karachi has released an important notice for applicants applying under the Need-Cum-Merit Based Scholarship program for the academic session 2025-26. The scholarship scheme is being managed in collaboration with the Zakat and Ushr Department of the Government of Sindh. Students Directed to Submit Missing Scholarship Documents Before Deadline
According to the notification, several evening program applicants have been marked under objection because of incomplete or missing documents in their scholarship applications. The office has asked all affected students to urgently submit the required documents to complete their cases.
Students have been instructed to provide the missing papers in the prescribed affidavit format available through the official Karachi University website. Applicants must also attach the original Istehqaq Certificate along with a copy of their CNIC and present the original CNIC during submission for verification purposes.
The Financial Aid Office has announced that documents will only be received during the designated timing from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Students are further informed that all required documents must be submitted before 8 May 2026. After the deadline, no requests for correction, clarification, or reconsideration will be entertained by the office.
