Karachi University Business School KUBS, University of Karachi, has announced admissions for its MBA Admission 2026 session. MBA Programs Offered at Karachi University Business School

Karachi University is offering multiple MBA specializations to meet the educational and professional requirements of students. The available areas of specialization include Finance & Investments, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Islamic Banking & Finance, and Projects & Industrial Management.

The MBA 1.5 Years Program is specially designed for candidates having 16 years of business education, while the MBA 2.5 Years Program is available for applicants holding 16 years of non-business education from an HEC-recognized university or institution. The programs provide students with comprehensive knowledge of modern business practices, management strategies, and industry-oriented skills.

MBA 1.5 Years Degree Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the MBA 1.5 Years Degree Program must have completed 16 years of business education from an HEC-recognized university or institution. Applicants should have obtained at least 50% marks or a minimum 2.5 CGPA where applicable in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Students holding a 16-year business qualification with 80% business-related subjects may also be eligible, subject to the equivalency requirements determined by Karachi University Business School.

MBA 2.5 Years Degree Program Requirements

The MBA 2.5 Years Program is offered for candidates who have completed 16 years of non-business education. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA where applicable.

This program helps non-business graduates gain essential business knowledge and professional management skills required for leadership roles in various industries.

Executive MBA Evening Program for Working Professionals

Karachi University Business School is also offering the MBA Executive 2.5 Years Evening Program for professionals seeking career advancement. Applicants must have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in a 16-year education program along with at least two years of post-qualification work experience.

Professionals holding qualifications such as Karachi University BE, MBBS, & LLB courses 2026 are also eligible to apply for the Executive MBA program.

Application Process and Admission Deadline

Interested candidates can submit their KU MBA Admission 2026 forms along with scanned copies of required documents through the online admission portal of the University of Karachi. The last date for submission of applications is 17 July 2026.

Applicants are required to pay an admission processing fee of Rs. 4,500/- through the prescribed payment method using the portal-generated QuickPay ID before final submission of the admission form.

Important Admission Guidelines for Applicants

Admissions at Karachi University Business School will be granted strictly on a merit basis. The final decision of the admission committee will be considered binding. Candidates applying on the basis of degrees or certificates issued by institutions other than public sector universities or boards must provide an equivalency certificate issued by the University of Karachi.

All applicants are required to qualify for the KUBS Aptitude Test 2026, with a minimum passing score of 50%. The MBA programs offered by KUBS are considered equivalent to MS programs, except for the MBA Executive program.
