University of Punjab LL.B Admission Test 2023
Admission process for the LL.B 05 years program at the University Law College, University of the Punjab, Lahore for the academic year 2023-24. Heres a summary of the key points:
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate HSSC or equivalent Grade 12 with a minimum of 55% marks.
Only those candidates who have passed the Law Admission Test LAT conducted by HEC are eligible to apply for the PU Admission Test.
Equivalence/verification of academic documents from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen IBCC is required at the time of admission.
Admission Test Categories:
The Admission Test will be conducted in seven categories based on relevant academic streams/disciplines, including Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, ICS with Physics Combination, ICS with Statistics Combination, General Science, and Commerce.
The weightage of the admission test in the total merit calculation is 25%.
Admission Test Breakup and Marks Distribution:
The Admission Test will be held at the Examination Centre, University of the Punjab, Wahdat Road, Lahore, Pakistan.
Application Process:
The Admission Test fee is PKR 1500, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Download the Fee Challan while registering for the test on the admission portal. The fee can be paid at any branch of HBL, UBL, or through Mobile Banking using 1Bill.
Applicants must upload proof of payment on the portal to complete the application process.
The last date for online registration for the PU Admission Test is 25th September, 2023, at 12:00 midnight.
The Entry Test will be held on 1st October, 2023, at the Examination Centre, University of the Punjab, Wahdat Road, Lahore.
Additional Information:
Both LAT and PU Admission Test are mandatory for admission to the LL.B 05 Years Program.
Admission notices for University Law College, PU Gujranwala Campus, and PU Jhelum Campus Law Departments will be advertised separately in National Dailies
Candidates applying for admission in Gujranwala and Jhelum Campuses will also be required to appear in the same entry test at Lahore. Those who have already taken the PU test can choose to reappear to improve their marks.
