Universities will Conduct On Campus Exams Session 2020-21
The Universities has decided to conduct on campus exams for session 2020-21 but students are not happy with this decision and students are not happy with this decision.
Against the decision of on campus exams, the students of University of Management and Technology UMT protested claiming that this is not fair to conduct on campus exams as classes are taken online.
“Throughout the year, we had been taught online where our only source of help had been notes and PowerPoint presentations. Now they expect us to give exams on campus so that they can fail us easily”.
In the same way another student from the University of Lahore UOL that government should remember that that country is facing a sever outbreak of COVID-19 in the second wave and cases are increasing daily.
A student from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) said that it has decided to postpone the on-campus examinations due to the protests against them.
Another student from Karachi said:
“My sister studies at the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, and the management has called them in for exams on campus. We live in Karachi and the university is located on the outskirts of Islamabad. Imagine, she now has to go all the way there just for the exams”.
