UHS MDCAT 2023 Roll No Slips

University of Health Sciences UHS will conduct the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test MDCAT 2023 for students in Punjab. If youre a candidate, you can find your UHS MDCAT roll number slip on the UHS website. Just enter your name and the last four digits of your ID card or B-FORM to download it. How to Get UHS Admittance Card / Roll Number Slip 2023

Every candidate must have their Admittance Card with their roll number and test center details. If you registered for Punjab on the PM&DC Portal, you need to download your Admittance Card from the UHS website. Just click the “Download MDCAT-2023 Admittance Card” button on the Homepage starting from August 25, 2023. To access your Admittance Card, enter your Full Name and the Last Four Digits of your ID like CNIC/Passport/B-Form that you used for MDCAT-2023 registration. Remember to print the Admittance Card on a plain white A4-size paper.

Important Guidelines for UHS MDCAT 2023

Before going to the test center, make sure you know the centers address. Certain items are strictly not allowed in the test centers. These include cell phones, calculators, books, notes, weapons, bags, electronic devices like smart watches, headphones, and more.

On August 27, 2023, candidates should be at their respective test centers between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After 9:00 AM, no entry will be allowed. The test will begin at 10:00 AM and end at 1:30 PM.

Items to Bring on Test Day

Heres what you need to have with you on test day:

• Your original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form Photocopies wont work. The same document you used for MDCAT-2023 registration.

• A print-out of the Admittance Card provided by the University.

• A clear and see-through clipboard with nothing written on it.

• Two blue ballpoint pens not markers, pointers, pencils, or gel pens.

• A 500ml transparent bottle of drinking water.

If you forget to bring your original ID and Admittance Card, you wont be allowed to take the test. No other documents will be accepted. There will be a security check before entering the test center. Parents and relatives wont be allowed inside or around the test center due to security reasons. They should you off and pick you up after the test.

Remember, you cant store any items at the test center. If youre found with any prohibited items, especially a mobile phone, it will be considered cheating, and appropriate action will be taken. For more details, check the "Information Booklet MDCAT-2023" on the UHS website.
