UHS Announces MDCAT 2025

The University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore is set to conduct the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test MDCAT 2025 on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The test will be held across 12 major cities in Punjab, including:

Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, D.G. Khan, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, and Sargodha.

1. Issuance of Admittance Card:

All registered candidates can download their Admittance Card from Thursday, October 16, 2025, through the official UHS website:

Be sure to enter your name exactly as it was entered on the PMDC portal — including spacing and spelling — otherwise, the card may not download.

Once the admittance card appears on-screen, print it on an A4-sized white paper. The information displayed is based on the data submitted to PMDC at the time of registration.

If there is any error in the name, father/guardians name, gender, or photograph, the candidate must immediately contact PMDC for corrections:

Note: It is the candidate’s responsibility to provide valid original photo identification on the test day. Candidates with photocopies, unauthenticated, or fake documents will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

2. Instructions for Candidates:

i. Required Identification Documents:

Candidates must bring their printed admittance card along with one of the following original ID documents:

CNIC Computerized National Identity Card

Juvenile Card for candidates under 18

NICOP for Overseas Pakistanis

FRC Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA

Passport issued by the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports

Note: Candidates with only Form-B must also bring their original Matric or F.Sc. certificate.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center without valid original documents.

ii. Reporting Time:

Exam centers will open at 8:00 AM.

All candidates must arrive before 9:00 AM.

The test duration is 3 hours, ending at 1:00 PM.

No candidate will be allowed to leave the center before the end of the test.

iii. Prohibited Items:

Bringing the following items is strictly forbidden in the exam center:

Mobile phones

Calculators

Books or notes

Weapons

Smartwatches or digital watches

Any electronic or Bluetooth device

If any prohibited item is found with a candidate, they will be immediately expelled from the center, their paper will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken.

Note: There will be no facility to deposit valuables at the center.

iv. Permitted Items:

Candidates may only bring the following:

Transparent clip board

Two blue ballpoint pens

Small transparent water bottle

v. No Late Entry:

No candidate will be allowed entry after 9:00 AM under any circumstances.

vi. Instructions for Parents/Guardians:

Parents or guardians are advised to off the candidates before the test and pick them up only after the test concludes. They are not allowed to stay inside or near the exam centers.
