UHS Admissions 2025 BSN

The University of Health Sciences UHS, Lahore announces the opening of the migration process for eligible students currently enrolled in the BSN Generic 4-Year Degree Program at public sector nursing colleges across Punjab. This opportunity allows students to apply for migration into the 2nd or 3rd year of the program, under the guidelines notified by the Government of Punjab on 29th July 2024.

Who Can Apply Eligibility Criteria

Students seeking migration must meet the following qualifications:

Note: Candidates who have failed or are awaiting supplementary exam results are not eligible to apply.

Important Conditions for Migration

Migration is allowed strictly based on merit and preference submitted by candidates.

Migration is not allowed in the 1st year 1st and 2nd semesters or the final year of the BSN program.

No migration between morning and evening sessions or between annual and semester schemes; the candidate’s session remains unchanged.

Each student can apply for migration only once throughout the 4-year program.

Migration within the same city or mutual exchange between students is not permitted.

How to Apply?

Applications must be submitted online only via the official UHS Migration Portal:

Manual or hard-copy applications will not be accepted.

Applicants should list three preferred colleges where vacancies exist for the relevant year or semester.

Upload scanned copies of the following documents each under 1MB, picture format:

Computerized National Identity Card both sides

Matriculation Certificate/Result Card or equivalent

FSC Certificate/Result Card or equivalent

Detailed Mark Certificates DMCs of all professional examinations passed

College Identity Card both sides

Certificate from the college principal confirming clearance of dues, satisfactory attendance, and no pending disciplinary action

Vacancy details for each public sector nursing college will be available on the UHS website.

Merit for migration will be calculated based on marks obtained in FSC at the time of initial BSN admission; subsequent improvements will not be considered.

Selected candidates must join the allotted college within 7 days of the selection list announcement. Failure to do so will cancel their migration and disqualify them from applying again.

The final decision and orders regarding migration will be issued by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab.
