UHS Admissions 2025 BSN 4-Years Degree Program
The University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore, under the admission policy issued by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education SHC&ME Department, Government of Punjab, dated 21 November 2025, invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the BS Nursing – Generic Four-Year Degree Program for the 2025–2026 session.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
FSc Pre-Medical or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
Age Limit:
Maximum age 35 years on the last date of application. No relaxation will be granted.
Domicile:
Punjab domicile is mandatory.
Gender Eligibility:
All institutes are female-only, except the College of Nursing, Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara, where all seats are reserved for male candidates only.
Merit Determination
Merit will be calculated solely on FSc Pre-Medical marks.
If two or more applicants have equal FSc marks, Matric/SSC marks will be considered.
If the tie still persists, the older candidate will be preferred.
How to Apply Online Only
Applications must be submitted only through the official UHS Online Admission Portal.
Applicants must submit a preference list of all nursing colleges.
Colleges not selected in preferences will not be considered for admission.
Required documents scanned copies must be uploaded:
- CNIC/B-Form both sides
- Domicile
- Matric Certificate/Result Card
- FSc Certificate/Result Card verified by relevant board
- Processing fee: Rs. 500 non-refundable
- Fee challan will be generated on the portal.
- Payment only through BOP or NBP via branch banking or 1Bill no top-up option.
- Upload the paid receipt on the portal.
- Manual or postal submissions will not be accepted.
- Only complete applications with all required documents and paid fee will be processed.
Admission & Joining Procedure
- Candidates must strictly follow the admission schedule; failure will result in cancellation.
- Selected candidates must provide online consent and deposit admission fee: Rs. 15,000 within the deadline.
- Fee challan will be downloaded from the portal and deposited in BOP or NBP.
- Candidates must choose one of the following in the consent form:
- a Retain currently allotted seat, OR
- b Opt for upgradation according to merit and preferences.
- Once submitted, consent cannot be changed.
- After UHS issues the final admission list, colleges will issue Admission Offer Letters.

A Surety Bond and original academic documents must be deposited in the college till completion of training.

Important Notes
All admissions will strictly follow the Government of Punjab’s Admission Policy 21.11.2025 on a merit-cum-preference basis.
All merit and selection lists will be published on the UHS website.
Improved marks after admission will not be considered.
No stipend will be awarded to BS Nursing Morning & Evening students.
Admission will remain provisional until verification of all documents. Any forgery will result in cancellation and three-year disqualification.
Failure to follow the schedule or incomplete documents will lead to rejection.
