The University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore Examinations Department has been finalized to hold the 3rd Professional Pharm-D Annual Examination 2021. University of Health Sciences has prepared and announced UHS 3rd Prof Pharm-D Annual Exam 2021 Date Sheet 2022 to initiate the Pharm-D Annual Exam 2021. Third Professional Pharm-D Annual Exam 2021 is scheduled to be started in the month of February 2022. As per issued University of Health Sciences Pharm-D Exam 2021 Schedule 2022 University of Health Sciences will hold the Annual Exam 2021 accordingly. The information about the place of the examination has been offered and the candidates have to appear in the exam according to it. Date Sheet may be changed due to any specific reason. Candidates must bring their Admit Card / Enrolment Card / College Identity Card to the Examination Hall and must produce the same on demand.
