UET Taxila CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Physical Verification Phase III Notice
The University of Engineering and Technology UET Taxila, through its Dues & Financial Aid Services Office, has issued an urgent notice regarding the Physical Verification of applications for the CM Punjab Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Programme Phase III. Students who applied and whose names are on the provisional merit list for the Session 2025 Undergraduate Programme must appear for verification. This is a compulsory step to secure the scholarship.
Verification Dates and Venue
Candidates are strictly advised to adhere to the announced schedule for the physical verification process:
- Dates: Thursday, 12th November 2025 to Monday, 17th November 2025 Note: Saturday and Sunday will be off.
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
- Venue: Conference Room, Industrial Engineering Department, UET Taxila.
UET Taxila CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship applicants must ensure their presence on the specified working days within the limited timeframe.
Mandatory Documents for Verification
To successfully complete the physical verification, students must bring both original documents and attested copies of the following:
- Original Matric and F.Sc. marks sheets or attested copies.
- Copies of last 3 months utility bills Electricity, Sui Gas, etc..
- Original Certificate of Domicile or attested copy.
- Original CNIC or B form.
- Latest Salary / Income certificate of Father / Guardian / Mother must be on stamp paper.
- An Affidavit confirming that total family income is less than Rs. 350,000/- per month must be on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
- Rent Agreement of house if applicable.
CM Punjab Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Phase III is a financial aid program; therefore, complete and accurate documentation regarding income and residency is crucial.
