UET Admissions 2025 Postgraduate Degree Programs

University of Engineering & Technology UET Lahore invites applications for its Spring 2026 admissions in a wide range of M.Sc., M.Phil., Masters, and MS programs across multiple disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold an accredited undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

Candidates should have completed 16 years of education B.Sc./B.E./BS or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0/4.0 and a 50% score in the university’s admission test.

CGPA conversion will follow the HEC guidelines. If both CGPA and percentage are listed on transcripts, CGPA will be considered.

Admission Test & Interviews

Test: 80% subject-related, 20% general, conducted at the Main Campus except Textile Engineering from Dec 29, 2025, to Jan 1, 2026.

Interviews: Candidates scoring at least 50% in the test will be interviewed from Jan 5 to Jan 9, 2026.

Merit formula: 16-year degree: 40%; Test: 40%; Interview: 20%.

Admission offers: Starting Jan 21, 2026

Classes commence: Feb 2, 2026
