UET Admissions 2025 ADP Programs

The University of Engineering & Technology UET, Lahore, proudly celebrating 104 years of academic excellence, has officially opened admissions for its Associate Degree Programs ADP for Fall 2025. As the #1 Engineering and Technology University in Pakistan, UET invites applications from talented and motivated students who wish to pursue careers in emerging fields of technology.

Admission Schedule

Application Start Date: Monday, September 15, 2025

Deadline to Apply: Monday, October 13, 2025 up to 12:00 midnight

Commencement of Classes: Monday, November 24, 2025

Programs Offered at P-6, Model Town, Lahore Campus

UET Admissions Offered for the following Associate Degree Programs ADP under a financially subsidized fee structure:

ADP in Computer Science

ADP in Cyber Security

ADP in Artificial Intelligence

ADP in Software Engineering

ADP in Data Science

These programs are designed to equip students with practical skills and technical knowledge to meet the growing demands of the digital economy.

Eligibility Criteria

Domicile: Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible unless stated otherwise.

Academic Qualification:

F.Sc. Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical, ICS, or other relevant intermediate combinations such as:

Mathematics, Statistics & Physics

Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Science

Minimum 50% marks in intermediate or equivalent.

Application Fee

A one-time fee of Rs. 3,000 allows candidates to apply for all available ADP programs.

No extra charges for applying to multiple programs.

Merit Calculation

Matric + 1st Year Marks:

75% weightage to 1st Year marks

25% weightage to Matric marks

A-Level students: 100% weightage based on IBCC equivalence of O-levels

DAE applicants: 100% weightage based on 1st and 2nd year marks combined

Application Support

Candidates can access free computer and printer facilities at the National Library of Engineering Sciences, UET Lahore, from September 15 to October 13, 2025 10:00 am – 3:00 pm on working days.

Progression to BS Programs

Students who complete their Associate Degree from UET are eligible for direct admission into the 5th semester of the corresponding BS programs, subject to meeting the minimum GPA and other criteria outlined in the official prospectus.

Important Notes

Equivalence certificate from IBCC is mandatory for foreign board qualifications.
