Three Day School Holiday Announced in Nankana Sahib
The District Education Authority DEA Nankana Sahib has declared a three-day holiday for all public and private schools in the city in honor of the 556th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The students can get latest updates of Three-Day School Holiday Announced in Nankana Sahib for Baba Guru Nanak’s Birth Anniversary.
As per an official notice issued by the Chief Executive Officer of DEA Nankana Sahib on November 1, 2025, the holidays will be observed from November 4 to November 6, 2025. The announcement applies to 24 government institutions and all private schools operating within Nankana City. The list includes prominent institutions such as Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School, MC Girls High School, Girls High School Fatima Jinnah, and various primary schools located in Canada Colony, Purani Abadi, and Shaheed Kot.

The directive also covers Baba Guru Nanak University, which will remain closed from November 3 to November 6 to help manage crowds and maintain order during the festivities. District Education Officers and monitoring teams have been instructed to ensure that all schools strictly follow the holiday schedule.
