Technical Education Balochistan DAE Admissions 2026-2028

The Directorate of Technical Education Balochistan has officially announced the commencement of the admission process for the Diploma of Associate Engineer D.A.E program for the 2026-2028 academic session. This opportunity is specifically designed for students holding a local or domicile certificate from the Balochistan province, allowing them to pursue technical education at prestigious Government Polytechnic Institutes and Colleges of Technology across Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under a reciprocal arrangement.

Eligibility Criteria and Reserved Seats

To qualify for these Technical Education Baluchistan DAE admissions, applicants must have successfully completed their Secondary School Certificate S.S.C in the 2nd Division with a focus on science subjects. Age restrictions apply as follows:

Punjab: Maximum age of 19 years inclusive of a one-year relaxation.

Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Maximum age of 22 years.

These age limits are calculated as of August 30, 2026. Furthermore, there are 44 seats reserved for Balochistan candidates, which includes a specific provision of two seats allocated for female candidates in the Sindh province.

Required Documentation for Application

All candidates must submit a complete application package to be considered for these Tech Education Baluchistan engineering diploma courses. The mandatory documents include:

Two copies of the Matric certificate, including the Detailed Marks Certificate D.M.C.
Two copies of the local or domicile certificate.
Two copies of a valid character certificate.
Three recent passport-sized photographs.
Four non-written registered envelopes.
An application fee of Rs. 500/-, payable via postal order or cash.
An original affidavit on a Rs. 15/- non-judicial stamp paper, duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, confirming the candidate holds only one local/domicile certificate and has not previously been selected for a reserved Balochistan seat.

Application Submission Procedure

Interested students can obtain the prescribed admission forms from the Directorate of Technical Education Balochistan, located near Commerce College, Brewery Road, Quetta in the basement of the Directorate Education Schools building.

Completed applications must be submitted by the deadline of July 15, 2026. Please note that all applicants must ensure they meet both the general requirements of the Directorate and any specific criteria mandated by the individual technical institutes.
