- Students with a CGPA below 2.00 will not be promoted and will be relegated according to university regulations.
- Candidates obtaining a CGPA of 2.00 or above but failing one or more subjects will be placed on academic probation. These students will be conditionally promoted and must register for the summer semester to clear the failed courses.
