Islamabad, Federal Directorate of Education FDE has issued the official schedule for summer vacations in all model schools, colleges, and ex-FG colleges operating under its jurisdiction. The announcement includes important details regarding the start and end dates of the vacation period, as well as the resumption of the academic process. Summer Vacation Dates and Resumption of Academic Process
The Federal Directorate of Education FDE in Islamabad has declared the summer vacation schedule for model schools, colleges, and ex-FG colleges under its jurisdiction. This schedule provides clarity on the start and end dates of the summer break and when the academic activities will resume.
Start and End Dates:
The summer vacation will commence on 10 June and conclude on 31 July, allowing students and teachers to enjoy a well-deserved break.
Resumption of Academic Process:
The academic process will resume on 1 August, signaling the beginning of a new academic year filled with learning and growth.
Activities During the Summer Vacation:
During the summer break, educational institutions will engage in various activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities. These activities include:
• Physical verification of stock/stock checking: Ensuring proper inventory management and accountability.
• Repair and maintenance of furniture/building/playgrounds: Carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance work to enhance the learning environment.
• In-house CDP in the last week of July: Conducting Continuous Professional Development sessions for the faculty to enhance their teaching skills.
• This announcement aligns with the efforts to promote effective educational management and maintain the quality of educational institutions in Islamabad.
