The Government of Sindh, through the Education Section of the Workers Welfare Board Sindh, has announced a comprehensive educational facilities package for the academic year 2025-2026. Enacted under the Workers Welfare Fund Act 2014, this welfare initiative aims to provide financial support to the children of industrial laborers across all districts of Sindh. Qualified students from Nursery K.G. up to intermediate levels Class 12 are eligible to receive a structured WWBS educational stipend 2026 of PKR 10,000 per child, disbursed directly into verified bank accounts.
 
Eligibility Criteria and Mandatory Documentation
 
To access this welfare grant, industrial workers and employers must ensure all applications are fully supported by official documentation. The mandatory prerequisites include:
 
Submitting the application on the prescribed, official registration form.
 
Providing clear bank account details of the worker to ensure secure fund transfer.
 
Attaching attested copies of the worker’s CNIC, EOBI/SESSI registration card, and factory/company card.
 
Including the childs valid NADRA CRC/FRC Form-B or educational certificate.
 
Incomplete forms or applications lacking verified employment records will be systematically rejected.
 
Application Submission Process and Deadlines
 
Industrial laborers are advised to route their applications directly through their respective employers. The official registration forms and detailed instructions can be easily downloaded from the portal.
 
Completed application forms, along with all supporting documents, must be submitted within 20 days of the advertisements publication. Submissions must be delivered to the Workers Welfare Board Sindh Education Section, located at ST-19, Block 6, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, near Aero Club, Karachi.
