Sindh Schools Face Severe Infrastructure Shortages




Sindh Education Minister Sardar Shah revealed that 14,000 schools in the province do not have access to drinking water, and 38 primary schools in Karachi are without washrooms. Speaking at the Sindh Assembly session, Shah highlighted the difficulties in maintaining school infrastructure, noting that solar panels installed in schools are often stolen shortly after being set up. Memon mentioned the initiation of new routes and the expansion of routes for electric buses.

Memon acknowledged the current economic difficulties, describing the situation as an "inflation storm." Despite these challenges, the government remains focused on improving infrastructure and services across Sindh, aiming to address both educational and transportation needs.
