Sindh Schools & Colleges Open After Summer Vacations
The government and private schools and colleges across Sindh province were closed due to summer vacations. Now all the public and private educational institutes were opened yesterday after finishing of the summer vacations. On the first day of the new academic year, the attendance of the students were less than the usual academic days. The new academic year of 2023-24 is also started from this date. It is also worth mentioned that the textbooks of different classes are not available in the market due to conflict between the publishers and Sindh Textbook Board. It is said that Sindh Textbook Board imposed the condition of imposing of bar codes on the textbooks and the publishers have to face great difficulties. The board gave the order of the publishing of the books very late and after that the condition of bar code was also imposed, which caused abnormal delay in the printing of these textbooks.
