Sindh Minister Announces Ban on Matric Exams in Private Centers
The Provincial Minister of Universities and Boards in Sindh has strongly criticized the prevalence of cheating and mismanagement during matriculation exams across the province. Following a meeting chaired by Muhammad Ali Malkani, the minister expressed dissatisfaction with the officials of the Matriculation and Inter Boards. He demanded explanations regarding the reported irregularities and lack of transparency in the examination process.
Concerns Raised Over Matriculation Exam Mismanagement
The minister emphasized receiving numerous complaints about exam misconduct and urged swift actions against those responsible. He questioned the feasibility of continuing examinations in private centers and expressed disappointment over the performance of board officers. Malkani underscored the challenges faced by students in private centers and firmly declared that starting next year, all matriculation exams will be exclusively conducted in government schools and colleges.
