Sindh Launches New Matric & Inter Certificate Verification Process
Sindh education authorities have adopted a fully digital approach for verifying matriculation and intermediate certificates, as per a recent announcement by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission IBCC. This new digital verification system eliminates the conventional method of submitting sealed envelopes, which will no longer be accepted for verification purposes. Centralized Platform to Ensure Smooth Verification
All educational boards in Sindh have been instructed to connect with IBCC’s centralized digital platform to facilitate the new verification procedure. This initiative aims to streamline the entire process and avoid delays often caused by manual handling of documents.
Active Participation by Key Education Boards
Currently, the online verification system is operational with the Karachi Matric Board, the Sukkur Education Board, and the Ziauddin Board. The remaining boards in Sindh have been urged to digitize their academic records promptly and become part of this digital framework.
Benefits of the Digital Verification System
Authorities believe that this technological advancement will bring more transparency to the verification process. It is also expected to significantly reduce processing times and curb the circulation of fake academic certificates in the province’s education system.
