Sindh Govt Schools to Retrieve Textbooks After Exams
Sindh School Education Department has issued new instructions for managing book banks in government schools. Under these directives, students are required to return all free textbooks once their annual examinations are completed. The return of each book must be recorded on the student’s result card. New Guidelines for Managing School Book Banks
All returned textbooks will be securely stored in the school’s book bank. These rules apply to students at all levels, from primary through higher secondary.
District Education Officers DEOs have been tasked with preparing detailed stock reports for their respective school book banks. These reports will then be compiled by regional directors and submitted to the education department.
The initiative aims to ensure proper management of textbooks and maintain accurate inventory records across all government schools in Sindh.
