SIBA Releases Mandatory ID Document Submission Notice 2025 for MDCAT
Sukkur IBA University’s testing wing, SIBA Testing Services STS, has issued a Mandatory ID Document Submission Notice 2025 for all aspirants registered for the MDCAT-2025 exam. The press release, dated October 6, 2025 No. STS/SEC/1225/25, states that original valid identity documents are strictly mandatory for entry into the test centers.
According to the notice, candidates 18 years or older must present their original CNIC, Passport, or NICOP, while candidates under 18 years of age must bring their original Juvenile Card or NICOP. No other forms of identification will be accepted, and no candidate will be allowed entry to the MDCAT test center without these original credentials.
The MDCAT-2025 is scheduled for Sunday, October 26, 2025. STS stresses that this directive is in accordance with the Government of Sindh’s approved policy aimed at maintaining merit, transparency, and security in test administration.
Located on Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur, Sindh, STS operates under Sukkur IBA University with the motto: Merit – Transparency – Technology. This SIBA Mandatory ID Document Submission Notice 2025 is part of the institution’s efforts to ensure authenticity and prevent fraudulent identity claims on test day. Students preparing for MDCAT-2025 are urged to verify that their documents are valid, original, and readily available before reporting to the test center.
