Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Possess an MBBS degree or equivalent, registered with PM&DC.
Have completed a one-year house job from a PM&DC-recognized institution.
Hold a valid permanent PM&DC registration.
Have passed FCPS Part-I in the relevant specialty.
Fulfill the CPSP subject-specific requirements Level-III qualification as applicable.

Duly filled Institutional Application Form
Application processing fee slip
Copy of CNIC
FCPS Part-I result
MBBS degree and all professional transcripts
Distinction certificates if any
Valid BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS certificates AHA certified
Certificates of Soft Skills workshops if any
Copies of published research if any indexed in PM&DC/HEC/PubMed
Domicile certificate
House job certificates
Valid PM&DC registration certificate
Three attested passport-sized photographs front and back
Equivalency certificate for foreign degrees from HEC or PM&DC
Those applying for allied specialties must have completed core specialty training; candidates with IMM will be preferred.

Selection will be strictly on open merit.
Government employees must apply through proper channel.

Misrepresentation or false information will result in disqualification and termination of training without appeal.
