SFIN&HS Admissions 2025 Various Courses

The Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, affiliated with Shaikh Zayed Post Graduate Medical Institute Lahore, is now accepting admissions for its Paramedical Training Certificate Courses. These courses are open for both boys and girls holding domicile from all over Pakistan.

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences Admissions Offered Following Courses:

*Note: For the Assistant Cardiac Perfusionist course, candidates must have FSC Pre-Medical or a Diploma in Operation Theatre along with 2 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification: Matriculation Secondary School Certificate with at least Second Division and a minimum overall average of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Additional Marks:

FSC Pre-Medical with at least Second Division: 20 additional marks

Memorization of the Quran Hifz: 10 additional marks

Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years as of the application deadline no minimum age limit. This applies to all candidates including government employees.

Disability Quota: 2% seats reserved for candidates with disabilities, provided they are medically declared fit by the relevant medical board for the course.

Gender: Open to males, females, and transgender candidates equally.

Required Documents for Application

Candidates must submit attested copies of the following documents with their application:

Matriculation Certificate

Domicile Certificate

CNIC or Form-B for minors

Two passport-size photographs

Additional Documents if applicable:

FSC Certificate

Disability Certificate issued by a Government Hospital

Certificate of Hifz from a recognized institute

Admission Procedure

Admission forms can be obtained from the Accounts Office at Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore during office hours Monday to Friday.

Admission form fee: PKR 500 per course Note: Postal orders or checks are not accepted.

Last date to obtain admission form: October 8, 2025 Wednesday.

Final merit list will be displayed on: October 22, 2025 Wednesday on the institute’s notice board. No individual call letters will be sent.

Last date to submit admission fee non-refundable: October 28, 2025 Tuesday.

Classes start from: December 16, 2025 Tuesday.

Important Admission Terms & Conditions

Applicants must be residents of Pakistan.

Admission is allowed for only one course per candidate.

Candidates may apply for multiple courses but selection will be based on merit and preference.

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Candidates who fail to pay the admission fee by the deadline will lose their seat and waitlisted candidates will be admitted.

No stipend or hostel facilities will be provided during training.

Selected candidates must submit a fitness certificate from the medical officer at Shaikh Zayed Hospital.

Candidates must submit an affidavit stating they are not enrolled in any government school/college or involved in political activities. If found otherwise, admission will be canceled.

All training and certification for these paramedical courses are exclusively provided by the Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore. The institute is the authorized body for examinations and issuance of training certificates.
