SEF SSESP Scholarship 2026 Deadline Extended

The Sindh Education Foundation SEF has officially extended the online application deadline for the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program SSESP for the Academic Year 2026-2027 to 28th February 2026. This decision provides much-needed relief to thousands of deserving students across all six divisions of Sindh seeking Class 8 admission in prestigious partner institutions.

This extension comes as a crucial opportunity for parents and young applicants facing administrative delays, particularly regarding documentation requirements. By moving the deadline, the Government of Sindh ensures that talented students from underprivileged backgrounds, as well as rural communities, get an equal chance to secure fully funded secondary education.

SEF SSESP Scholarship 2026 Overview and Key Eligibility Criteria

The SEF SSESP Scholarship 2026 is designed exclusively for candidates who are currently enrolled in Class 7 during the 2025–2026 academic year. Successful candidates will gain admission into Class 8 under full financial support covering tuition, lodging, and academic materials.

Applicants must satisfy essential criteria laid out by the foundation:

Eligible Applicants: Students currently enrolled in Class 7 across all public and SEF-assisted schools in Sindh.

Geographic Coverage: Open to candidates residing in all six administrative divisions of Sindh.

Gender Inclusivity: In line with provincial female education policies, girls whose siblings are already receiving the scholarship are eligible to apply, though top priority on merit is awarded to families not currently benefiting from the program.

SEF Scholarship Application Form 2026 Documentation and B Form Guidelines

A major highlight of the latest announcement concerns document submission relaxed rules. The foundation has clarified guidelines regarding NADRA identity documents and income verification to streamline the registration process.

If a candidate does not currently possess an official B-Form, they can submit their online application using the NADRA application slip or receipt as valid proof. However, the original document must be emailed to the official helpdesk at `[email protected]` before March 4, 2026.

For income verification, parents employed in formal government or private organizations must provide an official income certificate from their employer. Those working in informal sectors can acquire an income certificate issued by their concerned Mukhtiarkar, Municipal, Town, or uni on Committee Council. Authorities warn that submitting forged or false documents will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature and legal action.
