Schools To Reopen In January is Impossible in Sindh
The Federal government has already announced to shutdown all educational institutions across the country after the decision taken in intra-provincial education minister’s meeting. But the private schools association demands the government to allow the reopening of schools and association held a press conference in this regard.
In response to this step, Sindh Education Minister, Saeed Ghani announced that it is impossible to reopen the schools in January 2021due to high spike in COVID-19 cases. Minister said while briefing in a conference:
“Keeping in view the ongoing second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, it is unlikely that education institutes will be reopened in January 2020”.
The education minister Sindh also that no promotion of the students will be allowed without the conduction of examinations.
