Schools and Colleges will Close on 18 December in Rawalpindi
The Civil Administration of Rawalpindi District has announced a Public Holiday on December 18 in Rawalpindi as Pakistan prepares to host a special meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation OIC on Afghanistan. As per the official notification all public and private educational institutes will remain closed on 18 December.
This decision has been taken to avoid congestion on the roads of the Rawalpindi as OIC delegations will arrive at Noor Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi on 18 December.
