SBTE Revised Registration Schedule 2026

SBTE Revised Registration Schedule 2026

The Sindh Board of Technical Education SBTE has officially released a revised schedule for the submission of registration forms and fees for the 2025-26 academic session. This update specifically impacts students enrolled in Fine Arts certificate programs, as well as those pursuing diplomas in Computer Graphic Design and Interior Design.

According to the official notification signed by Registrar Syed Akhtar Ali Shah, the board has structured a tiered late fee system to accommodate students who missed the initial deadlines. While the normal fee period concluded in late 2025, the revised calendar provides multiple windows for submission with varying penalty charges ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 3,250.

Critical Deadlines and Fee Structures

Candidates should take immediate note of the following upcoming cut-off dates to avoid the maximum penalty:
  • March 18, 2026: Last date for submission with a late fine of Rs. 2,000.
  • March 27, 2026: Final deadline with a late fine of Rs. 2,500.
  • Late Session Provision: Submissions after March 27 will incur a total fee of up to Rs. 8,490 depending on the specific diploma track.

Mandatory Submission Requirements

The SBTE has streamlined the online registration process through its dedicated portal. To ensure a successful application, students must provide an original migration certificate if they transitioned from other educational boards. Furthermore, all documents—including CNIC, mark sheets, and provisional certificates—must be attested.

Educational institutes are strictly prohibited from issuing manual forms, as the board has mandated that all data be uploaded via the SBTE online portal. This digital shift aims to improve the academic calendar efficiency and data accuracy for the current year.
