SBTE DAE Registration Schedule 2026 Issued

The Sindh Board of Technical Education has officially issued a revised circular regarding the SBTE DAE Registration 2026 schedule for diploma candidates across Sindh. The updated notification details registration fees and mandatory submission deadlines for students enrolled in the Diploma of Associate Engineer. Candidates enrolled in Morning, Double Shift Program, Evening Self-Finance, Sino-Pak CCTE Dual Diploma, and Direct 2nd Year programs must submit their documentation within the designated institutional windows.
According to official sources, candidate eligibility strictly requires an SSC Science or Matric Technical qualification with at least 33% marks, as determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen. The maximum age limit is fixed at 35 years for DAE Morning, DSP, Direct 2nd Year, and Sino-Pak programs, while candidates applying for the DAE Self-Help Evening Program are granted an upper age limit of 45 years.
Students who passed their Matriculation or Intermediate examinations from boards other than SBTE must submit an original Migration Certificate along with attested copies of their mark sheet and Provisional Certificate. Mandatory requirements for all candidates also include a CNIC, Domicile, NOC from external boards, and relevant TEVTA reciprocal seat clearance for applicants from other provinces.

Online Registration Guidelines and Digital Payment Instructions
In a decisive move to streamline administrative operations, the Sindh Board of Technical Education has made digital submission mandatory for all affiliated institutions. Principals and college admins must upload candidate registration forms directly through the official portal. Manual application submissions will be rejected without exception.
Regarding payment channels, traditional options such as demand drafts, banker cheques, or pay orders are strictly prohibited. Institutions must generate systemic fee challans using the portal, which can then be cleared via direct online payment channels. Once registration processing concludes, candidate roll number slips and examination date sheets will be published directly through institutional logins.
