SBP-BSC Announces Merit-based Scholarships Program 2026
The State Bank of Pakistan – Banking Services Corporation SBP BSC is offering merit-based scholarships to the children of its current, retired, deceased employees, and contract workers during the contract period for Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Diploma programs.
This initiative aims to support talented and hardworking students in pursuing higher education across Pakistan.
Eligible Courses and Duration
SBP BSC Merit Scholarship covers students in the following:
Intermediate / A-Level – Minimum duration: 6 months
Graduation – Minimum duration: 6 months
Post-Graduation – Minimum duration: 6 months
Diploma Programs – Minimum duration: 6 months
Scholarship is applicable for courses in all disciplines at recognized institutions, including:
Technical training institutes and other degree-awarding institutions recognized by the relevant authority.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a child of SBP BSC employees up to 2-0 G level current, retired, deceased, or contract worker during service.
- Must have passed the last qualifying exam Matric / O-Level / Intermediate / A-Level / Graduation / Diploma with minimum 8 grades or 60% marks.
- If CGPA/GPA is used, a certificate from the institution indicating the grading policy and equivalent percentage is required.
- Must have enrolled in a recognized Pakistani institution in 2023 or later.
- Applicants must not be receiving another scholarship from any other source.
- Diploma program duration must be at least 6 months.
Note: Scholarship is awarded on merit and according to the quota for each course. It is non-renewable for the same education level. Failure to appear or pass the exam may result in scholarship cancellation unless valid documented reasons illness, family emergency, etc. are provided. Payments are linked to submission of previous semester performance reports.
