The Regional Training Institute RTI, operating under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Islamabad, is pleased to announce the commencement of admissions for the RTI two-year Family Welfare Worker FWW Diploma course. This program is officially accredited by the Pakistan Nursing Council and is designed to equip aspiring female professionals with the essential skills required for public health service.
 
Eligibility Criteria and Academic Requirements
 
We invite applications from eligible female candidates across Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. To qualify for this prestigious healthcare training program, applicants must meet the following academic and personal standards:
 
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed their Matriculation in Science Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as compulsory subjects with at least 45% marks. Additionally, they must have completed F.Sc. Pre-Medical with a minimum of 45% marks.
 
Age Limit: The applicants age must be between 14 and 35 years. Please note that married women who are breastfeeding infants are not eligible to apply.
 
Application Process and Submission Guidelines
 
Prospective students are encouraged to apply promptly to ensure their candidacy for this medical vocational training. Please adhere to the following application procedures:
 
Required Documentation: Applicants must submit attested copies of their Matriculation and F.Sc. mark sheets, a domicile certificate, and a copy of their Computerized National Identity Card CNIC.
 
Submission Deadline: All completed applications must reach the Regional Training Institute, Street No. 5, Sector H-8/2, Islamabad, no later than August 8, 2026. Applications received after this date will not be entertained.

Selection and Training Benefits
 
The selection process for the Family Welfare Worker course will be based on a merit-based test and a subsequent interview. Successful candidates will benefit from:
 
Stipend: During the two-year training period, students will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 6,000, subject to the availability of funds and government approval.
Accommodation: Hostel facilities are available for outstation students, provided they adhere to the institutional code of conduct. Students residing in the hostel will be responsible for their own meal expenses.
 
Final Decision: The final authority for admission rests with the Principal of the Regional Training Institute, based on the results of the entrance test and interview.
