Regional Training Institute Admissions 2025 Courses

The Regional Training Institute RTI, Quetta, operating under the Population Welfare Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from female candidates holding local/domicile certificates of Balochistan for admission 2025 to the 24-month Basic Training Course for Family Welfare Workers for the 2025–2027 session.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:

Matric Science and F.Sc. Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks, or

At least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Applications from candidates with lower qualifications will not be accepted.

Age Limit:

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.

The course is registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council PNC. All rules and regulations of PNC are strictly applicable.

Application Procedure

Eligible candidates must submit their application forms along with attested copies of the following documents:

Matric and F.Sc. certificates

CNIC

Local/Domicile certificate

Applications must be submitted in person or by post to the Principal, Regional Training Institute, Sariab Road, Nawan Killi, Quetta, by August 16, 2025.

Test & Interview Schedule

Written Test: August 18, 2025

Interview: August 21, 2025

Venue: RTI, Nawan Killi, Quetta

Candidates must clearly mention their full address and active mobile number for timely communication.

Important Information for Applicants

Monthly Stipend:

Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend. However, in the event of withdrawal from training or violation of institute rules, the trainee must return the full stipend along with a penalty fee.

Attendance Requirement:

At least 90% attendance in practicals and 85% in theory classes is mandatory. Students failing to meet these criteria will be ineligible to sit for exams, as per PNC regulations.

Hostel Facility:

Hostel accommodation is available under the supervision of a female warden. Hostel residents must adhere to the established hostel rules.

Final Selection:

Admission will be finalized by the Selection Committee. A total of 35 seats are available and preference will be given to candidates from remote districts of Balochistan.

Government Employees:

Must apply through their departments. They will not receive a stipend as their salary will continue from their parent department.

No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview appearances.

Affidavit Requirement:

Selected candidates must submit a notarized affidavit confirming that they are not employed or studying in any public or private institution. Misrepresentation will result in cancellation of admission.
