PWWF Admissions Fall 2025 Courses

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund PWWF, under the Department of Labour & Human Resource, Government of Punjab, invites applications for Fall 2025 admissions to COMSATS University Islamabad and its Abbottabad, Wah, Attock, Lahore, Sahiwal, and Vehari campuses.

This initiative offers 100% free education to eligible industrial and mine workers and their children under the Punjab Industrial Relations Act 2010 and related mining rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

For Workers:

Must be employed in an industrial or mining organization operating under the Factories Act 1934 or Punjab Mining Concession Rules 2002.

Should be registered with EOBI Employees Old Age Benefits Institution or Social Security.

Must have completed at least 3 years of continuous service.

Should qualify as a "worker" under the definition provided by Punjab Workers Welfare Fund rules.

For Children of Workers:

Must be directly dependent on the worker parent/guardian.

Eligible if the worker is:

Deceased, and the family has received a death grant from PWWF.

Disabled, with an official disability certificate issued by a legal medical board.

Applicants must not be availing any other equivalent scholarship.

Required Documents Certified Copies Must Be Attached:

Worker’s CNIC Computerized National Identity Card

EOBI/Social Security Card or registration certificate from the Labour/Mines Department

B-Form or Family Registration Certificate FRC

Applicant’s CNIC

An Affidavit E-Stamp stating that the student is dependent on the worker and will complete the program

In case of deceased/disabled workers:

Proof of receiving death grant or disability pension

Disability certificate from a legal medical board

Proof that the student is not receiving any other scholarship of similar value

Note: If any information provided is found to be false, PWWF reserves the right to take legal action under relevant laws.

PWWF Admission Process:

Complete the Online Application Form according to the admission schedule for Fall 2025.

Send all required documents via courier to the Admission Office of the chosen COMSATS campus.

Incomplete applications or missing documents will not be entertained.

Additional Information

This scheme is only for workers and their children domiciled in Punjab.
