Punjab University Pharm D Double Fee Registration 2026

Punjab University has released an official notification outlining the schedule for online semester enrollment and exams fee submission for regular students of affiliated colleges enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D program for the First Semester Fall 2025 exams. This announcement has been issued as a continuation of earlier notifications numbered 99 and 121/Cond. D.S., dated February 19 and March 16, 2026. The new schedule specifically applies to candidates submitting their fees under the double fee category. Online Enrollment and Exams Fee Details for Pharm-D Regular Students Affiliated Colleges

According to the university’s instructions, the process of subject enrollment will begin on April 7, 2026, and will continue until April 8, 2026. During this period, students are required to select and enroll in their respective subjects through the online system. The fee for enrollment under the double fee category has been set at Rs. 47,560. It is essential for students to complete this step within the given dates, as delays may lead to complications in their exams registration.

Following the enrollment phase, a short window has been allocated for the correction of subjects. This correction period will take place on April 9, 2026, allowing colleges to make necessary adjustments in case of errors in subject selection. However, any corrections requested after the deadline will only be entertained with an additional fine, emphasizing the importance of reviewing subject choices carefully within the given timeframe.

The submission of exams fees will start on April 7, 2026, and will remain open until April 10, 2026. Students must ensure that they complete the payment process within these dates to confirm their eligibility for appearing in the exams.

The PU university has also provided clear instructions regarding the fee payment procedure. Each student will receive an individually generated fee challan issued by their respective college. Students must use only this system-generated challan to deposit their fees, as manually prepared challans will not be accepted under any circumstances. The challan will include the selected subject combination, allowing students to review and verify their enrolled subjects before making the payment. In case any discrepancy is found, students should promptly request corrections within the allowed period.

Furthermore, students are advised to stay in regular contact with their college administration as well as the official Punjab University website to obtain their roll number slips. It is the responsibility of each candidate to download or collect their roll number slip before the exams. The university has clearly stated that it will not be held responsible if a student fails to obtain the roll number slip and consequently misses the exams.

This structured schedule and set of instructions aim to ensure a smooth and transparent process for enrollment and exams registration, while also encouraging students to remain vigilant and proactive throughout the process.
