Punjab University Classes Schedule Academic Year 2020-21

Lahore, University of the Punjab has announced the complete schedule for the classes during the academic year 2020-21. The admission committee meeting was held to review the situation of coronavirus in the country and also propose the plan to start the classes of new academic year. It is further announced that Punjab University will start the new classes from 14-12-2020 and the students will have to follow this schedule. The classes of the undergraduate programs including morning & evening and the MA/MSc or equivalent programs of morning and self supporting annual / semester will be held according to the scheduled date and time, which Punjab university already announced. The students, who get admission in the university, they will start attending the classes.
During the second wave of COVID-19, the government decided to close the educational institutes all over the country and the students were asked to take the online classes. The university emailed the lectures and course materials to the students so that they can carry on their education in better way. Bachelors and master degree classes will be continued till 24-12-2020. The winter vacations will be announced from 25-12-2020 to 10-01-2021 and the students of MPhil and PhD are allowed to visit the campus and they need to complete their research work and thesis. The faculty members and teachers will be present there on the campus for the students.
