Punjab University BFA 3rd & 4th Year Exam Fee Details 2026

University of the Punjab has issued Notification No. 112 / Cond. D.S., informing students about the schedule and fee structure for submission of online admission forms for the BFA Painting Third and Fourth Year Annual Examinations 2026. According to the official announcement, candidates intending to appear in these annual exams must submit their admission forms strictly through the online system within the specified dates. Important Notification Regarding Submission of Forms for Third & Fourth Year Exams

For students enrolled in BFA Painting Part-III, the online submission of admission forms with a single fee will be accepted from 04 March 2026 to 18 March 2026. During this regular period, candidates are required to deposit an examination fee of Rs. 16,215. However, those who fail to apply within the normal timeframe will still have an opportunity to submit their forms with a late submission option. From 19 March 2026 to 27 March 2026, forms will be accepted with a double fee of Rs. 32,430. Students are advised to meet the first deadline to avoid paying the increased amount.

Similarly, for BFA Painting Part-IV Annual Examination 2026, the university has outlined a separate but parallel fee arrangement. Candidates can submit their online admission forms from 04 March 2026 to 18 March 2026 by paying the single examination fee of Rs. 16,215 along with an additional degree fee of Rs. 6,000. This brings the total payable amount during the regular submission period to Rs. 22,215. If students miss this initial deadline, they may still apply between 19 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 with a double examination fee of Rs. 32,430 in addition to the Rs. 6,000 degree fee, making the total payable amount Rs. 38,430.

The university has clearly emphasized that all admission forms will be received exclusively through the online portal. No manual or hard copy submissions will be entertained under any circumstances. Furthermore, the administration has strictly stated that no admission form will be accepted after the final deadline of 27 March 2026. Students are therefore strongly encouraged to complete their online application process well before the closing date to prevent any inconvenience.

Candidates should carefully follow the provided schedule and ensure timely payment of the required fees to secure their eligibility for the upcoming annual exams.
